An in-person option may be available. WSEMS follows the current CDC, state, and local health and safety guidance for in-person gatherings.

We do not provide legal advice or advocacy for either parents or districts, and we do not mediate 504 plan disputes.

Who participates in IEP facilitation?

The entire IEP team is at the IEP facilitation. The facilitator is present but not as a member of the team. The same requirements for attendance at an IEP meeting apply when the parties are attending an IEP facilitation meeting.
